Thermal Transfer PET Film for Screen Printing is suitable for plastisol inks, solvent-based PU inks, and water-based PU inks. It is designed for both cold and hot peel to heat transfer your screen printed image. This film is the ideal medium for producing transfers applied to workwear, sportswear, and other challenging substrates, as well as traditional cotton and synthetic materials.

Our release coating film is made from virgin PET substrate, and our original release agent provides excellent dimensional stability, stable label release, and heat resistance. This film is best suited for printing heat transfer labels for the garment industry. We offer a variety of models to match various ink systems and printing equipment available in the market.

• EP01 : Single Side Matte coated for Screen Printing
  EP02 : Lower release force, slight-matte effect, cold/warm peel
  EP03 : Middle release force, slight-matte effect, cold peel
  EP04 : Higher release force, middle-matte effect, cold peel
• These models are the most cost-effective for almost any type of screen printed heat transfer label.
  You can select from three models with Different Release force (label peeling off force) and Different matte-surface feel. The high release force model is recommended for the plastisol ink system.

2. Compatible heat transfer materials: cotton, chemical fiber, cotton blended fabric, EVA, non-woven fabrics, leather, and other heat-resistant fabrics.
3. Peeling options: hot peeling or cold peeling (trial required for selection).
