Our DTF Transfer Film is designed to provide professional-quality transfers with vibrant colors and durability. Made from 75mic thickness, it ensures a smooth and soft feel on garments while delivering long-lasting prints. Perfect for custom apparel, accessories, and promotional items, our DTF film offers exceptional print quality, ideal for both small and large-scale printing projects.
Prepare Your Design: Create or select your design in compatible design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW). Print using a DTF printer with the appropriate CMYK and white ink.
Load the Film: Load the DTF film into the printer and align it correctly for printing. Ensure the film’s print side is facing the correct direction for accurate printing.
Print the Design: Print your design in reverse (mirror image) on the film. The white ink is printed beneath the colors to ensure opacity on dark fabrics.
Apply Adhesive Powder: While the ink is still wet, immediately sprinkle DTF adhesive powder onto the printed film. Shake off any excess powder.
Cure the Film: Use a curing oven or heat press to melt the adhesive powder into the printed design, ensuring the ink and powder bond properly.
Transfer to Fabric: Place the cured film onto your fabric and use a heat press to transfer the design. Set the temperature to 160-180°C (320-350°F) for approximately 10-15 seconds with medium pressure.
Peel the Film: Depending on whether you use hot peel or cold peel, remove the film after cooling for hot peel or allow it to cool fully before peeling for cold peel.
Final Press: For added durability, you can apply a second press to set the design and ensure proper adhesion.
